「Our room was horribly dirty! There were other people living there that kept smoking right outside so we had to smell it constantly. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly and the pool area looked nice but the room was so dirty that we checked out within 30 minutes. The clerk offered us a new room but I was not going to stay there. We went to a much nicer hotel right down the road.」

「I thought I was booking a hotel room. What I got was more. I wasn't expecting a studio apartment and very affordable! The front desk staff were very friendly and respectful. We informed the front desk that there was an issue with our studio (no shower rod). We were immediately given another studio.
