「Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it...

「I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room.」

Vagrancy, smokey rooms, sticky floors, mold in the shower, refrigerator not working, no coffee cups, walkways need pressure washing, and the ice maker machine was out of order. The front desk clerk was very nice and tried to be accommodating. The bed was comfortable and our car did not get broken into.」

「The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it」
