This property falsely advirtises this property. There is no pool , no breakfasts, bad smells within the room I would say stale.

We were never able to check in because they said they had no knowledge of the reservation. I showed the confirmation but according the manager it didn’t matter. We ended up leaving and driving back 3 hours from where we came and missed seeing our daughter.

We left after 1hour. Rooms were like a 1970’s trailer park. Bed clothes were old and awful. Didn’t even ask for my money back. Chalk it up to a paid learning experience.

The advertising was totally f@lse, there was no breakfast. The lobby was closed for renovation for months- see the Y@lp comments! ?!? Sham. The pool looks like it’s been overgrown for three years. Del@te this property from Expedia because it gives a bad reputation. This property does not deserve an Expedia listing.

Rude front desk

Well front desk personnel was rude yell at me in front of my son. Paid for week i really wanted my money back. Never offered room service. Had same sheets all week long

The property was in extremely poor condition and looked nothing like the listing photos. The pool was covered, but the cover was in disrepair and had weeds—some over a foot tall—growing on top of it. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed because it had no functioning latch, and the bathtub had more patch material than original fiberglass. The entire experience was a major disappointment, and I won’t be making that mistake again.

When I paid for my room it was stated that Breakfast was provided. No breakfast, no coffee and lobby was closed I dad to speak to person at check in from outside. The road noise was ver difficult to hear.

The bathroom door was broken. I reserved a non smoking room they put me in a smoking room and said we dont have anything else. I had no other choice but to take it being all other hotels were booked due to hurrican helene

It was a disaster - bugs, food, grease on chairs and doors holes in bedspread - we left after 30 mins and abandoned our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE
