BAD: Roaches Roaches Roaches, the Towels were Stained/Nasty, Roaches, we booked a King Room but received 2 full beds, and if you didn't read already there were Roaches everywhere. GOOD: Property looked fresh like it was being updated. Room was fresh and smelled new - no smells at all. Bed was comfy. Pretty quiet considering it is right on the interstate.

This facility is being renovated. Internet is very slow (I did a speed test), the receptionist (extremely nice lady!) informed that there was an issue with the hot water heater they were still fixing and breakfast would only be coffee and doughnuts. For being in a renovated room, very little outlets, some old and didn't hold my phone charger, gap around the door (I can see day light), menu on TV slow to respond to remote commands and hair in the shower on the drain. Sufficient but pretty bare bones.

Scared for my well being!

To start with when checking in, the man behind the desk made a nasty comment about screws ups. I waited probably 10 minutes to get a room key, got down there and she had given the wrong room key. I had no Wi-Fi, the phone in room didn’t work for me to call the office. The next day I went to the office and the man told me the Wi-Fi Connection. Roaches everywhere, rough people around, when I left this morning sounded like the people next door were fighting. I will never stay there again!

The hotel states the have breakfast and the do not. Also no vending or ice machines. The room was clean. They didnt come around and clean while we was there. If we needed towels or anything we had to go find someone that could help

The day was OK. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was broken. Some light switches didn’t work properly, but other than that I would stay there again.

I had to give the 1 star to post a review but it was less. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we killed 9 roaches. Went the office where the manager apologized profusely and offered to give us a full refund. At 1030pm we hadno where else to go so he said we could stay til morning and still receive a refund which we appreciated. He then sent someone to spray the room. She went in room spraying and knocking roaches off the door ( with her hand) to the floor. And yes she left the dead roaches on the floor. I sat in the middle of the bed watching roaches crawl on the ceiling while my husband sleep since he was driving. Of course we checked out as soon as the sun rose without even showering because roaches were then crawling out the vents also. Again manager super apologetic and told us to call expedia as soon as we left. We did as asvised but when expedia called them, they denied us the refund. Worst experience ever. I really hope i save someone from the same experience. Horrible horrible horrible

Bugs everywhere

As soon as we walked in our room, roaches on the bed, roaches on the chair, roaches on the ceiling. A smashed spider on the wall looked like it had been there for days. We turned and walked out, left to find somewhere else to stay.
