The first room we got was so nasty and I'm guessing hadn't been cleaned and broken glass in the stand where the Bible was located along with dirty socks and trash behind the tv. They did change our room but the mini fridge had 2 bars of soap helping hold it up.

The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit.

The first room we got had someone already staying in it. The second room we got, the key stopped working (it was kept away from our cell phones so no explanation as to why it stopped) and there was no one at the front desk to re-activate. We waited 45 minutes before housecleaning showed up in the lobby and called the front desk clerk who was busy attending a party in one of the rooms. The rooms were outdated and not clean. There was mold growing in the corner and on our third day we saw a roach climbing the mirror in the bathroom so we checked out. Even though we were told that our room would be discounted, this never happened. Never stay there. It is disgusting.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire property appeared filthy and completely neglected. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, there was a dead bug in the bathtub, and the room looked like it had not been properly maintained or cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling was literally crumbling, which made the entire place feel unsafe and run down. Everything about this hotel felt dirty and poorly cared for. I would never stay here again under any circumstances. Highly do not recommend. Steer clear of this place.

Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes before one of the rooms were even available. The walls were moldy. Ceiling was damaged. The bathtub was dirty stained. The bathroom walls were molded. Room had a stale smell. One room we woke up to water bugs on the floor. Overall disgusting!!! Would never ever again!!!!!

Very disappointed with this stay. The room was not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets, pillows, and comforter all had visible stains and an unknown substance on them. There was also a bug found in the bed, which was extremely unsettling. The bathroom tub had a dirty ring/stain, so we did not feel comfortable using the shower. On top of that, the room smelled stale. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below expectations.

I’m not sure if they were doing renovations but it was like night and day mine and my families room at this hotel. My fiancé and I got the room on the picture and my dad and grandparents got a nightmare. With roaches and pee smelling mattresses. I have never been more sorry as this was for my graduation and I asked them to go here. There was barely anything for breakfast. Things just weren’t clean in all rooms. Our sheets weren’t clean, the vanity has dirty spots.. the list goes on. Please save yourself the trouble. This place is for one night.. if you really have too.

This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.

Rooms are dated. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. The first room had no shampoo or conditioner holder in the bathroom. We woke up after the first night to roaches all over the walls. We were able to get a new room, (on the second floor). It was a bit cleaner, and the shower did have the shampoo and conditioner holders, but still no toilet paper holder. There was a big cob web on the ceiling and there was a lot of dust on the AC unit. The breakfast had no hot food, there were no waffles. There was only cereal, yogurt, and breads (toast, muffins, and bagels) The only saving grace was the staff was polite, and understood the need to change rooms due to the roaches.

The room had a funny smell, walls were dirty, shower had dark mold or mildew surrounding tub, in and out, tub held water due to warp, and rings could be seen in these puddles. Toilet lid was barely attached to toilet. I would have tried to tighten it myself, however there was brown residue around this area. The sheets on the bed dis appear clean though.

Our room was recently remodeled and was nice and clean. Great value for the price. We like that this location is easy to walk to from a few restaurants. 10 min walk to downtown area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great (Huey’s). Had a few issues with our keys deactivating but the guy at the front was very helpful.

Property didn’t look like the pictures at all. There was trash on the ground. Ice maker didn’t work, hot water dispenser in the breakfast area didn’t work. A/C didn’t cool off the room. Couldn’t turn on any lights until we discovered the lamps were unplugged. Chair in the room was stained and the tv remote was missing the back so the batteries kept failing out. Definitely will not stay here again if my son decides to go to GSU.
