「The rooms seemed okay until we moved back the duvet and found stains and dog hairs the duvet itself was very badly stained we went and told the guy on the desk who didn’t care he took the duvet away to change it but came back with an even worse one」

They’ve tried informing booking companies, to no avail. Though I contacted the Anchor about the booking mistake, I was charged full price for a room I was 250 miles from.」

「This facility was a very pleasant surprise. Big beautiful room, nice harbor room, clean and comfortable. Too bad we only stayed one night. First time guests might be surprised to find no staff on site when checking in. We passed by the entrance at first look because of its innocuous door and recessed signage.
