「Great location - middle of a lot of interesting things to do. Pleasant staff, concierge are very helpful. Some room issues - but I was moved to another that had a better view. Altogether a good base. With lots of hotel amenities on site」

I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. 」
