「The studio apartment had a nice view, the cleaning duo were always friendly and efficient. Minus the initial problems checking in that took like 3 different people to correct it and about 3 hrs along with unhelpful front desk people the location and amenities were fantastic. It would be helpful though to have a luggage cart or help with that, we lucked out and a fellow American guest helped us with our luggage. The East pool was way less crowded and cleaner and much more family friendly. ...

「It took us over an hour waiting to find out who our host was. Then we were put in a room with a queen size bed instead of a king size which we paid for through Expedia. Our host found another room but the a/c leaked all over the bedroom and almost filled a trash can I put under for the night, there were cockroaches which my husband found one crawling on him middle of the night and it woke him up. We were told they only allow 1 towel per guest and we couldn't get more for a family of 3. My son...

「I loved the location, the property is secluded but not far from shopping and restaurants and the airport. The facility is clean, the have security men that run 24/7 shift. The managers were always checking in to see how my stay was going. Jeff the manager very helpful and promptly replied when I needed anything. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended the duration of my stay. I recommend the facility to anyone looking for a safe comfortable place to stay in Accra. 」
