Turn up at the property to be told I had been moved to a another property. 2. I intentionally booked a property with parking to be told by security at the building I was moved to that this apartment doesn't have parking and that I may be asked to park on the road. 「I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. 」
