Great location, good amenities. I would stay here again maybe in a different room with a comfier bed, aside from that the room was a good size for a studio, again not all studios are the same size, the first one allocated was smaller.

The security is excellent but the room needs to be cleaned properly. The walkways to the rooms has this unpleasant smell. I saw dirt on the pillows. Overall the rooms need better cleaning and updates. I saw loose faucets that need to be replaced. The only advantage is it’s closer to the airport and the mall

Pros: Great location, secure, spacious, A/C, utilities great Cons: Communication, no sense of urgency, lack of commitment when they say they will do something, WiFi & DStv slow or did not work. We had no water in the entire apartment for two days and the owner did nothing about it. My key stopped working and I practically had to work around with a screw driver to open my door daily.
Beautiful room but. I had to wash the sheets because housekeeping refuse to change to sheets. I stayed for 2 weeks with the same sheets. I had to wash my own towels.

I really enjoyed my stay here in the executive suite. It was well furnished downstairs and upstairs. All appliances and utensils are stocked in the kitchen, plus an iron in the bedroom. There is an AC unit in each bedroom and the living room. The restaurant connected to the hotel serves the best food for breakfast and dinner that I've had in Accra pertaining to my American taste. Minor damages from previous renters but nothing to actually complain about. The staff is very helpful and the manager of the property was very responsive. The cleaning crew came every two days and they were quite efficient. I recommend this property to anyone to enjoy.

My 3rd stay - Home in ACCRA

This is one of the best placed to stay in Accra, especially if you are not fond of hotels. It is clean and the people are so nice and the Elm Restaurant is pretty amazing and handy in the building. The rooftop pool is an amazing feature to chill out.

Charles was amazing. He made my stay great. The check in process is cumbersome as is the case everywhere but worthwhile. Great cafe downstairs. The staff is attentive. This will be my go to spot for a while as long as this service continues.

We had a lovely, compact studio apartment which was well equipped with new white goods, including a washer/dryer, which was welcomed after weeks in hotels. The property was well decorated and furnished. it was unclear from the information that a cleaning service was provided, which was welcomed. The property is secure (reception staff, security guards and fingerprint access etc) however, on one occasion, we returned to find our door left open by the cleaners and their keys in the lock. Improvements can be made, but overall, it was a good property. Those with late flights out of Accra should consider this as there was no negotiation (even for the offer of a fee) to the check out time of 12 noon which was extended to 1pm (our flight being 22.00). Ulysess, who checked us in, was very responsive to text messages.

Efficient check-in. Beautiful building with great facilities and location. Room was very clean except for a couple of the pots and pans in the kitchen which had been missed slightly but nothing serious. Staff were very helpful. Only negative was that the furniture like bedside tables were a bit damaged from age and could do with replacing. For the price and location we would certainly stay again though.
