「The room was very clean. The staff was very prompt with requests. Air worked as needed. I will definitely stay again when travelling the area. 」

「We checked in easily. The room was clean. The AC worked well. I went looking for a gym but there was none, so I jogged around the parking lot. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.」

「We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean. We were able to socialize with other wedding guests in the evening in the spacious lobby, and purchase drinks and snacks. The breakfast was hot fresh and good. We enjoyed our stay and...

「The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.」
