「Clean room, helpful staff, proximity of the restaurant and beach were all plusses. Air conditioner and dehumidifier right next to the bed made sleeping a challenge. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room too.」

「Honestly, id rate the stay at Chateau Renault 2.5. Ive paid less to stay at resorts in California and had televisions with bluetooth (or ihome's) and better service overall. The pool opens at 8 and closes at 8? Same for gym. If they were open later they would probably have a younger demographic stay. It was 90 degrees/daylight until 830/9ish and you cant jump in the pool to cool off. Wack. The day of check in, I called a few times and nobody answered my calls. I received a call back from front...
