「The property was great for the price! Had no issues. The only thing better for me would be a few protein options for breakfast .」

「I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.」

「Nothing. Place smelt like cigarettes. Very dirty and gross.」

「I really enjoyed the vibe of the place to be honest. The rainforest room I stayed in was very eclectic. I sent many videos and photos of the room to my friends in Australia and the USA. The lady at reception was very helpful in the check in process. The location was very convenient and the coffee shop/restaurant across the road was really good and a big bonus for brunch.」

「The lamp and TV were both unplugged. The carpet was sticky. Tissue box was empty but they decided to stuff two tissues on the top to make it look like it was full. Also - just odd - the pool is still under construction. It was under construction when we stayed there 3 years ago.」
