Sleeping in a Caboose!
It’s a quiet, off the beaten path rail car surrounded by woods, renovated to the same standards as a tiny house with AC, bathroom, kitchenette, a pull-down Murphy bed, and quiet.
Tracey is the contact and she is a wonderful host. Definitely worth a stay if you are in central Kansas a few days!

Rooms and lobby were clean and comfortable. But not being able to get courtesy coffee in the lobby is extremely rediculous. Having to buy 3 cups of coffee, is absurd. Want to charge for breakfast, still absurd, but at least give coffee. The in toom coffee maker was small and dont tryst that no mold sitting in the water fill..so.. rethink your policy

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it's my favorite. My son will be attending Kansas Wesleyan University and this will be my go to hotel during football season.

This hotel is a great value. It's probably one of the nicest and best deals within a 60 mile radius. Our destination was Hesston, KS, however the hotels there were not rated well. I then tried McPhearson, KS, and those hotels also were not rated well or almost twice the price I paid here. I'm so glad we drove the extra miles and stayed here. I loved the ice tea and lemon water available all day in the lobby. The hot breakfast was greatly appreciated and I especially loved the flavor of the...

Decent stay, not too high, but comfortable.
Brandi & Brandi were great, even making fresh coffee late in the evening. And called with watch we left behind. They were the highlight of our stay.

Simply put, this was the best value I’ve ever had. Not only was the place big and gorgeous and roomy, there were gift cards for breakfast, a speakeasy, and a car wash. It was an awesome experience. First class all the way.

Wonderful! My mom went to college here in the 50’s and it was such a gift to stay here when I was in town. Communication with the host was great, she was very responsive and quick to messages. Can’t wait to stay here again.
