「Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had delicious breakfasts served with a smile by Naomi every morning. We will be back to enjoy all the amenities the hotel and the surrounding area has to offer.」

「There's no on site staff. Was a little confusing. The bathroom walls looks like marble, but its just foam board with mactac stuck on it. All bubbled and peeling so likely getting mould from the shower, but I did not see any. Also for a 2 night stay, 2 adults they only gave us 2 towels. Not the worst stay, not the best.」

Entre autres plusieurs moustiquaires étaient déchirés, ce qui faisait que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres partout. 「Character property right in the heart of town. We were greeted warmly and given a good overview of the amenities. Our room was small but clean, quiet and had everything we required, including some old time charm. There is a very nice balcony off the common room but note that it overlooks a noisy traffic intersection. We did not eat at the in house Le Relais but we noticed it did have a nice deck toward the back of the building.」

「We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk....

Quelques points importants à savoir avant votre arrivée : - Il n'y a pas de réception les soirs de semaine ni la fin de semaine. Lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que je recevrais un courriel 24 heures avant mon arrivée afin de remplir un formulaire, mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. À mon arrivée, j'ai finalement trouvé une feuille avec mon nom, le numéro de ma chambre et la clé, ce qui m'a permis de m'installer sans...
