「The floor was filthy. The couch in the room was shredded and should have been thrown in the garbage. I would not take a chance to sit on the couch because it was so disgusting. I couldn’t use the shower because it was too slippery. If I could give it less than terrible I would. The pictures on the website are totally misleading to the rooms.」

Bed was comfortable and the amenities are great! I would recommend my friends and family who may visit Quebec City to stay here any day!」

「I had a reservation and couldn't get into the building. I tried three different doors. no one was around. I walked the hall looking for staff.... no one was there. The hall stank! I could see that this hotel was not maintained. A pool was advertised....not even open. No water, the liner is off and it is dirty. Trying to get my money back and no one will answer the phone. What a joke. NOT IMPRESSED」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the hotel itself met our expectations. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., well within the advertised breakfast hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., yet the main hot items—sausages, baked beans, and scrambled eggs—were all empty. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they were replenished, which was frustrating considering breakfast service was supposed to be fully...
