「Stayed: 2 nights with family.Great view Food: Good, with an in-house restaurant available. Parking: A bit tricky due to a very tight space. Overall Impression: I would recommend this hotel for its good food and family-friendly atmosphere, but be aware of the challenging parking situation. 」

「Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.」

「Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. 」

「Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat.」
