"We stayed in a cottage it was spacious and we had a balcony. Forest view birds chirping in the morning and the sun streaming in perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and lots of choices. Activities throughout the day. Infinity pool spectacular views of the mountains. The property has a spice garden and tea garden you walk through. They have a bonfire each night with dancing it was fun. I will be coming to this resort again and highly recommend it."

"A hidden gem! this feels like an unfolding love letter. the views of the mountains are fantastic & the nature surrounding our stay felt like a dream! the staff is incredibly attentive making you feel right at home. I am so pleased with the whole experience here. They offer activities on the spot & a menu for massages. The food is incredibly tasty. if you're looking for a place to stay this is the destination for you!"

"The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed.
The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal.
My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop.
The pool is also great. The spa staff are professional and excellent, and the treatment rooms are clean and well designed.
What truly impressed me was that I decided to check out early, and the staff phoned expedia on my behalf to make sure that I would get a refund for the night I didn't use.
I would have no hesitation recommending the Panoramic Getaway to anyone looking to stay in the Munnar area. "
