"I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. "The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

"Nice hotel for overnight stop . Lovely to look off back balcony and see water buffalo,wild pigs , native mongoose and the Indian jungle. The location is good with a wine and beer restaurant next door and a number of local tourists shops along the street. It is also located very close to the bus departure for the boat jungle cruises. The only downside we had were the pilled sheets with lumpy little balls, no coffee or tea facility , no safe, no food at all. However we would recommend the hotel...
