「Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. 「Location was good with backdrop of the mountains, the room was very spacious with high arched ceilings. Offerings of breakfast buffet were good but not great. Local cuisine dishes( payasam(rice and vermicelli pudding), curry leaf marinated steamed fish, appam, vada and sambar) were really good. It’s real value for what you pay. Cons: Hot water was barely enough for one person, had to wait for 10-15 min before next person could take shower with hot water. 」

Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time.
