We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. Wish we had spent a couple more days at this resort.
This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent resort.
Excellent property and courteous staff. We had an issue with our room. We noticed stains on our pillows and bed sheets so ask them to change it. When they removed the bed sheet, we saw huge pee stain on a mattress topper. House keeping just covered it up with a bed sheet. When they arrived with bed sheets, they probably tried 10 different bed sheets after finding clean one, changed the mattress topper and blanket and blanket cover as well. Horrible experience at the five star resort.
This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel.
Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service.
The property is also not properly maintained, already worn down, and poorly fusnirshed and decorated. It also feels like everything is dirty.
Food is also an issue: there is no variety and everything looks subpar.
Theworst part is that this is a "dry" hotel and no alcohol is served at all. Water, coffee, tea or Pepsi are essentially the alternatives.
In conclusion, this is a shame this hotel is advertised as a 5-star property. But if I have to rate it as a 5-star hotel, this is huge failure and almost a train wreck in slow motion,
