「Staff was nice, rooms were spacious. Carpet was very dirty」

「The constant fan in room started to squeak. and I requested a solution, but nothing was done and no one checked or asked if their “solution” satisfied the issue. Either they didn’t address it or didnt fix it, or ignored it, but no solution and it squeaked all night for two nights- (could not turn off the fan)」

「Everything was great about the hotel. Its cozy and colorful. The only downside I had was, it took almost 5 minutes just get hot water. 」

「Room was clean, sheets did have blood stains. Went to get a new one and had no issues. I did pay for mountain view room but was given a room in 1st floor」

「There were plenty of places to eat and shop. Air conditioning worked very well. Most of the area outside the building were well kept except for the garbage bins that were outside my window. There was garbage everywhere. It really needs some work. 」
