「Breakfast was gross eggs were halftime. Half some sausage was Gray and someone's black. So it's old like you left it out or something either food was not fresh.」

「There was NO HOT WATER in our shower at all. My kids tried to swim in the morning but there was a maintenance guy relaxing in the hot tub. When we knocked he was yelling saying it was closed. A house keeper went in and he said he’ll be done in 30 minutes fixing it. When my kids finally got to swim. The hot tub was very dirty. Peeling paint floating in the water as well. When we were downstairs getting breakfast, a lady yelled at us stating my kids needed shoes on, not socks. Meanwhile homeless...

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「The hotel was amazing!! So clean, the staff was so friendly, the pool and spa area as well as the fitness room were incredible! Then the perk of breakfast, dinner, and drinks. WOW, what a find!!」

「Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( 」

「The Origin Westminster is definitely a phenomenal hotel to stay at. Staff is very welcoming & helpful, room service staff was very thorough & always very nice. Rooms are always very clean & smell great. Only thing I can see that would cause an issue with others would be that the shower head is extremely pressurized. Restaurant inside the hotel is phenomenal! Every meal we had was excellent. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Denver! 」
