「職員相當友善及積極，主動幫客人解決問題，當我參加了一些活動要離開時，但洗衣後尚未乾衣，職員叫我留下濕衣，然後幫我乾衣，原本應該是客人自助處理的，職員亦幫助預訂活動及介紹合適餐廳。」
