"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
One thing we really appreciated was that they were able to accommodate us for an extra night at short notice, which made a huge difference to our travel plans and was handled seamlessly.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it was refreshing to find that not only was there a flatscreen TV in the lounge, but both bedrooms also had their own flatscreen TVs. Having Netflix available on all of them was a fantastic bonus and made it easy for everyone to relax and unwind after a day out, especially for the kids.
Every staff member we interacted with was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. On checkout day, we found ourselves needing some Panadol, and the staff were more than happy to help us out straight away. It was such a small gesture, but it really highlighted their willingness to assist guests with anything they needed.
We truly felt looked after during our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.
