"Hotel clean and friendly staff . However as a Gold member again means nothing to the hotel itself . Staff said they have told Hotels.Com many times to stop telling clients that you get anything bring silver/ gold member . 2nd time on trot staying via hotels.com got nothing . When you contact hotels.com You are fobbed off. Seriously thinking of changing loyalty where ( to independent company ) "
