"My entire experience was spectacular. The check in staff, particularly Karla, were so helpful and efficient. Quite literally every interaction with every staff member was beyond pleasant. Their guest service is unmatched. The property itself is stunning! Every single inch is beautiful. My room completely blew me away — far exceeded any expectations. The food and service and Giardino were also amazing! The boat shuttle was a blast too, and it made getting to the city sites so much easier, comfortable, and quick! Would definitely come back & stay again."
