"They do both morning refresh and evening turndown service which is nice. The staff were super helpful at any time of day/evening/night. The pool was amazing and the bars and restaurant was really lovely. The view was incredible. No complaints."

"Great experience- we parked in the garage and it had an elevator that goes straight to the floor you are staying. Easy short walk to Gaia where the wine tasting, boardwalk, and cable cars are located. Great staff service- I travelled with insulin in a carry case and needed some help with temp regulation. They helped with storage and made it easy. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof so we were able to rest and unwind. We did not have a view of anything special but that did not matter as we were spending most of the day out anyway so this was the perfect place for resting. One thing that we did not like was there was no black out panel, which meant that we were woken up by the light and then couldn’t stay asleep deeply after. I loved the plenty of options for different lighting since I am very light sensitive, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room as it did not feel claustrophobic. There is a spa that we did not have a chance to try but people looked very happy with it."

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with a stylish design that still feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a great place to relax after exploring Porto. The location was also very convenient for visiting the city, and the breakfast and hotel facilities were excellent. Everything felt thoughtfully planned and well managed. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the Cénica Porto Hotel to anyone visiting Porto."

"A lovely hotel in an amazing location. Our room was facing the river and the bridge, a spectacular view to wake up to! Also facing the square to experience the street music every night! The staff is friendly and helpful, a call out to Hugo and Olivier for their attentiveness and great customer service! Overall a very pleasant stay! Would recommend the hotel for its location, friendly staff and quality breakfast!"
