「This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...

「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」

「My husband and I stayed for a much needed get away. We were both blown away with how beautiful the property and the rooms were. The room had a COMFY bed with soft sheets which is so important to me to have a relaxing time while I travel. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool area was incredible with ocean views and swim up bar. All staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food and cocktails were also amazing.
