"This property has the best location next to the main train station . Direct train from the airport then upstairs to the hotel. It is an older style hotel but speck and span. Staff were very nice and I would stay there next time I visit Taipei"

Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were to accommodating small children — it made a big difference in helping us feel welcome and supported. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with convenient sky bridges connecting directly to nearby malls, making shopping and dining incredibly easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will gladly recommend Grand Hyatt Taipei to friends and family traveling to Taiwan! "
