「Rooms are big, clean and nice. Staff is HORRID! My check experience was absolutely terrible. The lady checked me in was rude and barely knew any English. She had me waiting for good 20 min to finish counting her cash register. Her priorities are all messed up. Didn’t even acknowledge my arrival with an eye contact. Totally horrible. I barely understood what she said and just wanted to get away from her asap. Buffet staff are hit or miss. My last day breakfast @7 am on Friday March 27th, the host...

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「We had a great time, the amenities and the quality of food and drinks was top notch, including healthy options. The staff, especially Jose (Guest services), Antonio and Luis at the Casa del Mar restaurant, Juan at the front desk, were extremely helpful and took good care of us. The bowling alley and the silent disco were the highlights of our stay. The only downside is that the beach is full of brown seaweed. 」
