"Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under...

"Parking garage right next to hotel, check in was easy and the service was outstanding. Our room (high floor) wasn't a jaw dropping view, but the room was spacious with a large corner window. All staff were courteous and helpful, only negative was the hotel bar. Drinks were made incorrectly or not made as ordered, but service was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"A beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. The spa is wonderful however if you’re a full figure person there are no robes for you. Was extremely disappointed I couldn’t relax after my massage."

"The location is perfect but expect traffic congestion to make navigating the entrance for valet parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The checkout system via the TV was not working and the billed charges were incorrect so I had to check out at the desk. Unfortunately, I did have time to use the amenities. Good value."

We were treated like we were the only guests in the hotel, not an easy task as we were told there were 4 weddings happening there during our weekend get-away.
