"This space was very charming for the 5 of us. 2 bathrooms made it very nice with my mom staying with us. It was a short drive to the beach around 10 minutes. Historic area was a short drive as well. The outdoor patio area in the large backyard was warm and inviting. My kids had a great time playing the board games and using the karaoke machine when we were waiting for the heat to pass. Our stay was so fun! "

"pulled up to property to see rusted garage rust stains running down walls.side balcony with broken wood,.inside dining vent covered in dust front room wires hanging down shower all rusted, shower head covered in calcium sinks away from wall calcium in tap in down stairs toilet sky light paint falling off, over all the worst place we have stayed in and over priced by several hundred dollars"
