"Perfect location! Room was clean and larger than other hotels I've stayed at in NY. Staff was very friendly and took care of anything I needed. Room didn't have coffee maker or refrigerator, but they brought both for me. I am lookin to book again!"

"Our faves: atMOSSphere! The moss gardens and accents, decor, and creativity to specs make this place truly stand out!! Since a Terrace/balcony was mandatory on our booking, arlo knew he mission. The outdoor space was breathtakingly situated for a perfect completion to our stay! I have to be honest and say that i had very low expectations for the shower, as water pressure tends to be nonexistent from a 9nth floor raindrop shower head... but i could not have been more pleasantly surprised at the AMAZING look and feel of that shower!!! So much water pressure it was hard to believe!!! And the kicker, was the staff!!! The friendliest of any service PROFESSIONALS we encountered in a 72 hour period! In a nutshell, staying here is a fantastic idea!... 100% REVISITING "
