「The absolute best location. Feels like a little hideaway for when you need to rest a bit before heading back out to explore NYC. The room, the bed, the shower all more than comfortable and clean. I can't sleep much in New York because the energy is too powerful. But I prefer this section of Times Square to the main part. Slightly more lowkey, less people, but still very much alive and colorful with tons of spots to visit. Walked right across the street to Junior's, it wasn't ever slammed, just...

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
