"Beautiful view from our corner room and room was immaculate. Only complaint - the terrible directions to the parking. why are there no signs for the hotel until you get deep into the lot? we weren't sure we were at the right place. then we tote all our luggage to the elevators to see they are closed and we need to go to another elevator. The worst problem - on our last day the key wouldn't work and we couldn't get the barricade to let us out. My husband went back to the desk and no one knew...

"We checked in to the hotel at 1130pm as a group of 21 people. We had just come from an event and the kids and parents were hungry. They told us we could order food at the bar and then decided to open the restaurant for us and serve our party… whatever we wanted. The accommodations were exceptional… even at midnight when they could have been ready to go home. Room was great and the folks working Starbucks were very accommodating as well. "

"All in all, a wonderful stay! There were a few dirty spots in the bathroom, and the bottom of the bathroom door looked like a dog tried to claw its way out of it. Also, the windows were VERY dirty, which partially obscured the beautiful view of the mountains. The rest of the room was spotless, and employees were very helpful and friendly. "

"We have now stayed three years when we come to Supercross and the hotel is so nice and spacious. The restaurant and Starbucks are easily accessible and decent for the hotel, making it easy to grab something quick and not fight traffic. The rooms are newly remodeled and are nice and comfy! We look forward to our stay every year. "

"Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome "

"great location and amenities... would stay again and highly recommend! need to fix electrical issue in bedroom. had a few things plugged in causing lights to flicker...check the breaker! also sheets were clean but stained...need to be replaced. pillows flat...need new. last, checkin was hard. lespri had not sent registration info to the Hyatt front desk so we weren't in the system. took thirty minutes to solve. "We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and...
