I stayed here March 13th-16th. Booked through Expedia for $288.32 for the three nights. At check out they charged me $360.33. Assumed that was with the incidental charges and the overage would just be returned to my card after check out. I was wrong. They kept the $360.33 and charged my card $100 separately for the incidentals. The $100 incidentals is set to be released back to my card tomorrow the 18th. That $360.33 has cleared my account with them taking an extra $72.01, the equivalent to an entire night stay. I called and spoke with the front desk and she said she would send it to the manager but couldn’t tell me when he would be able to look at it. I attached screenshots for proof.
Besides being overcharged, the hotel wasn’t great. Immediately after check in I went up to my room and neither key worked. Went and had front desk remake the keys, neither key worked AGAIN. Went back down to the desk to get them made for the third time at which point front desk came up with me to see for himself. He proceeded to try both keys he gave me and then let me in the room with his master key. Sent maintenance up to do something to the key reader on the door which still didn’t work after. I had to get my keys remade every time I left the room. I booked a “suite” with a king bed and got 2 standard pillows. Was told no to extra pillows or blankets because they just didn’t have them
I was gonna leave the crappy experience in SLC but I’m not okay with the overcharge and no rectification
