"Convenient location near bus and transit"

"Worse place I have ever stayed. At check-in, clerk had a folder label on shirt with name written, TV would not work so called down and "Kevin" came up to our room bare footed. Then after we were in bed, husband got up to use the rest room and there was water dripping on him from the ceiling. Called Kevin to come up and after 30 minutes we went down stairs where Kevin moved us to a different room. The next morning in the new room, the toilet would not flush. Frustrated with all events we checked out of our 3-day reservation. Was only given a 1 day refund. The next day the general manager said she could not prove that the ceiling was leaking. I asked it if she thought I wanted to get up out of bed, wait for no one to show up have to go to the lobby in my PJs and then have to go pack up and move to another room for no reason? Poor management and no maintenance at this facility! DO NOT stay here!"

"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"It works well for a place to rest your head. It is a bit dated but it was clean and the beds we had seemed new. The facilities work well as a convenient place to rest your head. Good location to walk around Temple Square and the mall near there. "

"With so many options near the SLC Airport I will never stay here again. The room was small, the fitness center was small, items in the room were missing evidenced by the mounting brackets on the wall. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. The breakfast had weak coffee that was lukewarm. Only OJ for juice, minimal fruit. No drawers in room and a cubby to hold my belongings. This hotel should charge under $90 for a room in comparison to other Hilton options. Very disappointing. The staff at the front desk were nice but did not ask about Hilton Honors membership."
