「The list of wonderful attributes at this hotel are probably too long for a review! First, it is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly in all areas/jobs in the hotel. The food and beverages on site are outstanding. I had a corner King suite and I loved my wrap-around, private balcony and the views from my room. Definitely check out the library and ask the staff about some of the history of the hotel. I can't wait to stay there again!」

「We stayed July 26-Aug 1. Without going in to to many details, Daniel at the front desk came through big for me and my family. 1st room we were sent to had no working AC. Over 100 in room! 「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」
