"Overall good missing few tips no Netflix or Prime I requested a wake up call and they woke me up an hour later 🤔 dinner was average had the boar sauce pasta and was old to me. Asked for a charger and there was any. Bed was comfortable room nice "

"Beautiful little property just outside the gates of Siena. It has a wonderful history and lovely staff and owners. Each room is unique, the library is the perfect place for aperitivo, the grounds are beautiful, and the breakfast (included) was excellent. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel grounds and facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and the views were great. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The receptionists had great recommendations for restaurants. I don't really have any negatives."

"This hotel is a 4 starts hotel but the room are old and not maintained properly. Very old school hotel. Breakfast is very light with industrial food, but their coffe is excellent. The location is great."

"We stayed 4 nights. The staff was lovely , friendly and helpful. Arezzo has a beautiful compavt, interesting old city with MANY beautiful chirches and museums and they are all a short walk from Hotel Portici. You are also a short walk from the train station. It is as advertised meant to be an old fashioned spot and it is but the bathroom has everything modern and works perfectly. We recommend this place to anyone who is NOT looking for a spiffy modern cubic impersonal spot!"

"This small hotel was lovely. The location is remote, but it’s a perfect base for traveling all around this part of Tuscany. The breakfast was wonderful -well worth the extra charge. We had dinner at the property one evening.The setting is beautiful and the food was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I would come here again. "

"- We were offered room in level 0, it was dirty and also aircon was not working, after complaining 3 times we were shifted to different room. - Room that was offered 2nd time was better than the 1st. Aircon was working. - There was a wierd smell from the towels, they all clean washed but not sure why. "
