Progressive Northwest 4 Stars Hotels

"My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel. Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing. To make matters worse, the noise level was a constant issue. Guests in the room above were very loud, and the lack of soundproofing made it seem like every step and movement echoed directly into my room. It made it difficult to relax and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the rocky check-in, limited space, and ongoing noise disturbances. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences."

"The property immaculate, staff relentless in providing for all aspects…. Rooms pristine, clean, amply maintained…. Pool fun, easy…. Marketplace abundantly stocked with interesting yummies…. The property fresh, sharp and worth the stay…. "

"Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
