"Hands down the most friendly, helpful staff of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Every employee we spoke with was so incredibly kind and eager to help. Very clean rooms. Gorgeous views. We were able to walk to the warf and felt very safe having our car in the garage at the hotel. "

"Really too notch. I come to SF every few month 5 for a weekend getaway. I've stayed at most of the 3-5 start places near Union Square. This is right up there with all of them. Quiet. Clean. Lovely modern and fresh decor. Hot water with great pressure. TV went right to my channels and no disruptions. Fridge, save, and plenty of soft towels. Love the quietness. Best part was the two separate lines with fireplaces. Cozy but fresh. Staff were all so attentive. Gio was very helpful but not intrusive. "
