"This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we loved it. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room on the 9th floor, complete with a comfortable couch and a private balcony. The room was very clean, quiet, and exceptionally roomy. Check-in was smooth and quick — we arrived early and were checked in within five minutes. The rate was excellent, especially considering it was during the 4th of July weekend in San Francisco. The hotel’s location is perfect — within walking distance to many major attractions. We also had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious food at a great price. The only downside was parking. Overnight options were limited and very overpriced, and we had to find parking on our own. Still, overall, this is a great hotel, and we’ll definitely be back."
