"Clean room but bed is extremely soft and uncomfortable. Quieter on higher levels but very limited amenities - no slippers or body lotion. Conveniently located in Midtown, steps away from public transport. Resort fee is for access to water station and a peloton bike lol - wouldn’t stay again. "

"Super cute boutique hotel near Grand Central Station! Location is fantastic and rooms are larger than typical NYC hotel rooms. We appreciated the extra bottled waters in our room and the toiletries are luxe. Very quiet for midtown. "

"The staff was helpful, everyone was really nice. Registration was easy and pleasant, the ladies there explained everything and even gave a good food recommendation in the area when i asked. My issues would be with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that i lost power on one of my mornings and had to delay my plans due to no electricity in my room. Also the fact that we stayed for a week and needed to go down to bar/coffee area to use the small microwace they had to warm up food for a family of 4 and then have to carry it all back up to 12th floor was very inconvenient. I did call to ask if they had microwave for the room and was told "no mamm we don't do that". Even though i had walked past a utility room on my floor that had at least 20 microwaves in there. I also feel like the area the hotel was in was not the best, you would not know that from the pictures though. Overall stay was just okay. "
