The room was clean and in a great location. The staff was kind and helpful. The room could have used more towels. Also it was warm in the room but the temperature couldn't be adjusted.

We were not able to dim the lights in the room. We were able to hear conversations from other rooms. The lights were too bright or off. The service was great but not happy with the room lights

The rooms of the Lotte desperately need to be updated. The hotel exterior is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Most of the staff was really lovely as well.
