"Wonderful hotel, one of the best I have travelled to. Great service, lovely style, fantastic bar, restaurant and breakfast and the incredible art collection puts it way over the top. Rooms contain original contemporary American art, and a whole display of numerous pieces in common areas of the hotel. Highly recommend. "

"Nicole at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get our arrival and departure dates changed due to a last minute change. When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked perfect. Everything you dream of in a hotel room!"

"Great staff. Nice hotel. Any downtown in North America is sketchy but you gotta be aware and proactive. Biggest complaint was country music in pool area on about a 20 song loop. "

"We loved our stay at the ICON! The staff was so friendly and interacted with our kids and gave great suggestions for dinner and site seeing! The rooms were clean and beautifully decorate and can I say the bathrooms WOW! The bathroom was huge and the tub was giant! We will definitely be back! "

"The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?"
