"I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗."

"First of all, the staff were all Very helpful and nice. We loved our room too. it was small, but perfect. The Hotel is in a safe location, basically in the middle of the city. It’s close to the subway, penn station or port authority is all in walking distance. Or better yet, the subways work well. All you need is an ATM and you can board the subway. "I liked how it was in Times Square. I did not like how they were doing renovations. Elevator was down a couple days, which caused lineups and delay."

"The electronic checkin was a great feature. Our room had a problem with the AC as this was shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. Maintenance looked at it, but did not fix it (unfortunately as we “fried” overnight without AC. The property is well located and we would definitely stay there again……with AC that works!!!"
