"Staff was very pleasant. Great location to Universal studios. Restaurants were delicious. Only complaint was the room could have been a little better kept. The bathroom door latch was broken. The coffee/kerig machine was dirty with water buildup. Could use coffee maker at all."

"Beautiful hotel, although I felt there was many hidden fees. Also, fees in food were extremely expensive. For an example for small order of fries is $15. More likely I would not be staying there again. "

"The room was very tidy and I will say that the sheets on the bed were very clean and smelled freshly washed. I also enjoy that there was a complimentary wine hour and that the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. Check in was a breeze and stuff was very hospitable."
