"This was without a doubt our favorite stay in Switzerland. Sunstar Hotel in Grindelwald is simply amazing—the views, the atmosphere, the service, and the location are all outstanding. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself has a warm, inviting charm. But what truly took our breath away was the view from our room. Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return. "The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience. "
