"The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages."

"The guest card was not provided. The breakfast was OK, but below the standard of most Swiss hotels. Tiny kettle in room, but no cups or teabags. When we asked for these,the request was ignored."
