When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked perfect. Everything you dream of in a hotel room!"

"We love Hotel Icon. It’s beautiful and the bed is super comfy. The only issue we had was every time to air came on it made a loud bang. I also thought $50 for valet (1 night) was kind of outrageous. "

"The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?"
