"The cabin had not had the floor cleaned in any of the rooms, so I had to clean it. The rest of the cleaning was well done. Bedding clean and good standard. If you require to use the extra beds in a two bedroom apartment, and there is only 2 persons booked, please ask for sheets etc as there were none provided. Meant to ask the Customer at check in but they forgot. Apart from those small problems, it was a good stay, and we will go back."

"My stay at Twin waters NovatelThe room very old and very dated at least 30 years television very old no Internet Netflix or anything now in our movies. No nothing just your normal TV stations carpet tiles I reckon 30 years old maintenance of the overall estate holes in ceilings in the hallway and stairways from water damage plants growing out of gutters on roof which more than likely caused this damage and rusty gutters with massive holes facias falling off the side of the veranda’s restaurant. That’s another story fishfingers weren’t the best as fish of the day dining menu very poor had to travel to Maroochydore for dinner each night after the first nights disgusting dinner poor pub food not restaurant quality out of five star I would rate two star said to see what was once a five star now only two after paying nearly $1000 for three nights mid week not money well spent could do a lot better elsewhere"

"Everything went perfecty by followig the written instructions, i can’t comment on the staff as did not see a soul, i maybe old school but i found this to be very impersonal. WiFi was good and it was pet friedly."

"Lovely quiet spot and beautiful views over the water. Heated pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. Hotel itself is a little older but the hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay here again (family from Brisbane)."
